There is no way to obtain the physique you desire without proper nutrition PERIOD.
Muscles must be fed and fat must be directed to be used for energy.
We are all different sizes shapes and lifestyles - therefore our nutritional needs vary drastically.  

Science Based

Science doesn't lie. 
What happens within the cells is the base of what happens throughout your body.   This is key in fat loss and muscle retention.    The structures and chemicals within our cells are responsible for our physiological function and our metabolism.  The quality nutrients we ingest are broken down and carried through our bloodstream to our cells, to perform their individual processes.  What you see outwardly is a result of what is happening throughout your internal body.

My nutrition plans are based on your lifestyle, weight, body fat percentage, activity level, and where you hold your fat.  By tailoring your nutrient intake to fit YOU exactly, your program will give YOU enough of each food group to provide the energy YOU require, and  that YOUR body will process without spilling over into your fat stores.  All while feeding the muscles enough to sustain their integrity,  creating a lean and optimally functioning physique that will last a life time.  We are all different, therefore our nutritional needs are also.
