Because muscle requires more energy to sustain itself, resistance training is the fastest way to reach your fitness goals.
Whether you need to drop a lot of fat or want to look and feel amazing, resistance training is a must for achieving your goals.
Resistance training is key to muscle retention and growth. Muscles burn fat as they require more energy to sustain daily. Men have an advantage over women when it comes to the visible results of resistance training, as women's bodies are completely different. Women only have 5-7% of the testosterone of a male and only 34% muscle mass compared to a man's 43%. Therefore weight training will not make women "bulky".
Weight training with the right focus however will grant a very nicely shaped figure.

For locals who can train with me personally - Group Training is great fun! Group Training cost is $40 per week for 3 One Hour Sessions. Groups are limited to 10 so that I may give proper attention to each individual. The workout is always different and the energy is motivating and contagious! Everyone is giving it their personal best and the results are coming in!

For those of you who would like a more personal setting or small group, Individual Training Sessions are $30 per half hour, two people for $25, three for $20 or four for $15 per person. Hour sessions are available and required for more than four training in a group. Hourly group rate at five plus is $20 each. If you have a group of five plus looking to train weekly we can create your group at $40 a week when committed to three hour training sessions per week.
