Back Training - BOLD BACK Workout #1 - Back Exercises

BOLD BACK - Routine #1
  1. Wide Grip Pull Ups (Use Assisted Machine if Necessary) - 3 to 5 Sets of 12 Reps
    ​
  2. Neutral/Slightly Wide Lat Pull Downs Super Set with
    Straight Arm Press Down - 3 to 5 Sets of 10 Reps Each


  3. Banded High Row Super Set with
    Cable Lat Pull Ins - 3 to 5 Sets of 10 Reps Each


  4. Jockey Rows - 3 to 5 Sets of 12 Reps

  5. Overhand Handle Bar Seated Rows - 1 to 3 Drop Sets of 10 Reps for 3 Drops

I hope you enjoy this routine as much as I did!  Back is one of my favorites to train :) 
When you are lifting, remember to focus on the muscles you are using and purposely engage them!
