Limitless Legs - Routine #1
  1. Walking Lunges - 1 set of 15 Reps Each Leg with Body Weight - 1 Set of 15 Reps Each Leg with Light Weight DB or BB - 1 Set of 15 Reps Each Leg with Moderate Weight DB or BB - 1 Set of 15 Reps Each Leg with Heavy Weight DB or BB

  2. Smith Squats with Pause Feet Neutral - 3 to 5 Sets of 10 Reps

  3. Standing Single Leg Hamstring Curl Super Set with
    Stationary Lunge Pulse – 3 to 5 Sets of 10 Reps Each.  Complete One Round with Same Leg Then Switch.


  4. 45 Degree Press Feet Together Super Set with
    DB Plie Squats -  3 to 5 Sets of 10 Reps Each


  5. Leg Extension Machine - 3 Drop Sets of 10 Reps Each Drop for 3 Drops
